Cinnamon Roll Protein Bites

When you’re craving the comfort of a cinnamon roll but want to stay on track, these protein bites hit the sweet spot. They’ve got everything you love — warm spices, a hint of maple, and that chewy, cookie-dough texture — powered by our A2 Protein for clean, functional fuel.

Each bite packs quality protein, slow-digesting carbs, and healthy fats to keep you energized and satisfied anytime of day. Perfect for pre-workout, post-workout, or that mid-afternoon slump.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup cashew butter (or almond butter)
  • ¼ cup + 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 scoops ViCera Unflavored A2 Protein (or, you could use our Vanilla Crème A2 Protein and omit the vanilla extract)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1–2 tbsp water, as needed for texture

Instructions

  1. Mix the base. In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and sea salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
  2. Add the wet ingredients. Add cashew butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until a thick dough forms. If the mixture feels too dry, add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it holds together easily.
  3. Roll it up. Use your hands or a small cookie scoop to roll the dough into bite-sized balls (about 1–1.5 inches).
  4. Chill and enjoy. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
