This shake is rich, velvety, and perfectly indulgent with creamy banana, caramelly Medjool dates, sweet vanilla, and just a hint of cinnamon spice.

Whether you need a cool-down on a hot afternoon or a protein-packed breakfast that actually fills you up, this is one of those recipes you'll want on repeat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops ViCera Vanilla Crème A2 Protein
  • 4–5 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup whole A2 milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Handful of ice (optional, if needed)

Instructions:

  1. Add everything to a blender and blend until thick, smooth, and creamy.
  2. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.
