When a chocolate craving hits hard (especially on a hot day), our CEO, Chrissy, doesn’t reach for a sugary dessert or a fast food shake. She heads to her kitchen and whips up this ViCera-powered chocolate protein ice cream.

It’s rich. It’s creamy. It tastes just like a certain nostalgic frozen treat, but way smarter.
We’re talking 23g of protein, great fats from A2 milk and cream, and way fewer carbs than your typical scoop.

Chocolate Protein Ice Cream Recipe

(Ninja Creami Edition – Makes 2 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 3 scoops ViCera Chocolate Protein

  • 1 cup (250ml) A2 whole milk

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp (30ml) maple syrup

  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Pour into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours.

  3. Spin on “Lite Ice Cream” or “Creamy” mode. If needed, respin with a splash of A2 milk for your desired texture.

Macros per serving (approx. 1 cup):

  • Calories: 331.5

  • Protein: 23.2g

  • Carbs: 20.5g

  • Fat: 18g

No Ninja Creami? No Problem.

If you don’t have a Creami, you can still enjoy a frozen version of this chocolate dream.

Just blend all the ingredients in a high-powered blender with a handful of ice until thick and smooth. It won’t have the same ice cream texture, but the flavor is still next-level decadent.
