Sometimes the best recipes are the simplest, and this one doubles as a delicious refresher and a powerhouse for your muscles, joints, and skin.*

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Mixed Berry Creatine + Collagen
  • 8-10 oz cold water
  • 4-6 oz coconut water
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon or lime
  • Handful of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Combine the water, coconut water, and lemon or lime juice.
  2. Mix in the scoop of Mixed Berry Creatine + Collagen.
  3. Add a handful of berries and a few ice cubes.
  4. Garnish with a slice of citrus if you’re feeling fancy, and enjoy!
