RETURN PERIOD:

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return, in accordance with our 100% money-back guarantee. This policy only applies to purchases made online at www.viceranutrition.com. For purchases made at retail locations, please refer to the return policy of the respective store. This return policy applies exclusively to purchases made through www.viceranutrition.com.

REFUND METHOD:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the return. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your bank statement.

RETURN PROCESS:

Customers can initiate a return through the return portal on www.viceranutrition.com or by emailing support@viceranutrition.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. ViCera Nutrition is not responsible for packages lost in transit during the return process. Please note that international returns may experience delays due to customs processes.
