They’re quick to make, easy to grab, and bring all the cozy fall vibes without the sugar crash.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup pumpkin purée
- ½ cup almond or peanut butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
- 2 scoops ViCera Unflavored A2 Protein or Vanilla Crème A2 Protein
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (if using Unflavored)
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: mini chocolate chips or chopped pecans
Instructions:
- Stir together pumpkin purée, nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add protein powder, oats, spices, and salt. Mix well. Alternatively, you can use a food processor and add all ingredients at once.
