- 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp oat flour
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp ViCera Vanilla Crème A2 Protein Powder
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- Butter (for cooking)

- 1⅓ cups cottage cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup (about 4 scoops) ViCera Vanilla Crème A2 Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Butter (for cooking)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk or blend together the cottage cheese and egg until mostly smooth.
- Add the oat flour, almond flour, protein powder, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter.
- Pour the batter to form small pancakes.
- Cook until golden and crisp on the edges, then flip and cook through.
- Serve warm with fruit, nut butter, or syrup of choice.
