Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

Pumpkin Spice Lattes are amazing, but all the sugar (about 50g!) can be a doozy. This pumpkin pie protein shake skips the sugar crash and packs in the protein. It’s smooth, creamy, and perfectly spiced, giving you that cozy fall flavor you crave without the sugar overload.

 

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 2 scoops ViCera Unflavored A2 Protein or Vanilla Crème A2 Protein
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup whole A2 milk (or milk of choice)
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup pumpkin purée
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional, if using Unflavored Protein)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or 1–2 drops liquid stevia (optional, if using Unflavored Protein)
  • Whipped cream + a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice, for topping

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream, and dust with a little extra spice.
