By engaging in our Subscription Program for ViCera products purchased via our website www.viceranutrition.com ("Website"), you are agreeing to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ViCera regarding the Subscription Program. Your use of the Website is also governed by our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as any other relevant terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements found on the Website. By opting for the Subscribe option and placing an order through our Subscription Program, you acknowledge and accept these terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements. Please review these Terms carefully.

ENROLLMENT & RENEWAL:

Your subscription begins upon processing of your initial payment. Your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be charged on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency you select (e.g., every 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 weeks) without prior notice until you decide to cancel. By participating in the Subscription Program, you authorize ViCera or its third-party payment processing provider(s) to securely store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) based on the delivery frequency you select until you opt to cancel. You acknowledge and agree that ViCera will not seek any additional authorization from you for these automatic, recurring payments.

BILLING & PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION:

The total, current price of the item(s) in your subscription order will be automatically charged to your payment method on the processing date, along with applicable taxes and shipping fees, for each delivery frequency period upon renewal until cancellation.

PAYMENT FAILURE & SUBSCRIPTION CANCELATION:

Should your payment method fail, we will inform you and make attempts to retry the charge. If unsuccessful, your subscription order will be automatically terminated. To reinstate your subscription, please contact us at 469-993-8968 (Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM CST). Upon reactivation, you can update your payment information in your online account.

EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS:

The Subscription Program offer is exclusively available for individual purchasers and is not intended for resale. It cannot be combined with any other offer, e-Gift Cards, or wholesale orders. Certain products may be excluded, including but not limited to new releases, limited edition/exclusive items, gifts/kits/sets, eGift Cards, items noted as not eligible, or items that are not in stock at the time of purchase. This offer is valid only within the continental U.S.

CANCELATION POLICY:

You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account on our website, proceeding to the "Manage Subscription" page, selecting "Manage," and then "Cancel Subscription." Alternatively, you can also cancel by contacting us directly at 469-993-8968 (Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM CST) or by emailing support@viceranutrition.com. To receive a full refund, you must cancel with at least 3 business days' notice before the next scheduled ship date. Cancellations made after this timeframe result in non-refundable payments, and your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period.

PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS:

Upon cancellation of your subscription, please note that you may still receive promotional communications about ViCera unless you choose to opt out of receiving such communications.

CANCELATION & MODIFICATION BY VICERA:

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to cancel all or part of your subscription order at any time for any reason. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped. We may also limit the quantity of products in your subscription order. If we find, at our discretion, that you have misused our subscription program, your account may be suspended. We also reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time.
