These peppermint brownie protein bites are rich, fudgy, and festive without feeling like a sugar overload.
They’re no-bake, easy to make, and ideal for keeping in the fridge when you want something sweet after a meal, between meetings, or post-workout.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1 scoop ViCera Chocolate Milk A2 Protein
- 1 scoop ViCera Peppermint Milkshake A2 Protein
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ cup almond butter or cashew butter
- 3-4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup crushed candy canes, divided
- 1-3 teaspoons water, as needed
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, Chocolate Milk A2 Protein, Peppermint Milkshake A2 Protein, and sea salt until evenly combined.
- Add the nut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until a thick, brownie-like dough forms. Fold in half of the crushed candy canes.
- If the mixture feels dry or crumbly, add water 1 teaspoon at a time until the dough holds together easily.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls, then roll the balls in the remaining crushed candy canes.
- Place on a parchment-lined plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
