These peppermint brownie protein bites are rich, fudgy, and festive without feeling like a sugar overload.

They’re no-bake, easy to make, and ideal for keeping in the fridge when you want something sweet after a meal, between meetings, or post-workout.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, Chocolate Milk A2 Protein, Peppermint Milkshake A2 Protein, and sea salt until evenly combined.
  2. Add the nut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until a thick, brownie-like dough forms. Fold in half of the crushed candy canes.
  3. If the mixture feels dry or crumbly, add water 1 teaspoon at a time until the dough holds together easily.
  4. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls, then roll the balls in the remaining crushed candy canes.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
