High Protein Minty Milkshake

High Protein Minty Milkshake

Posted by Logan Watters on

That iconic green shake you might’ve grown up loving? Tastes nostalgic, sure — but a small one from the drive-thru packs 500 calories, 82g carbs, and 63g of sugar. 😳

We decided to give it a serious glow-up. Same creamy, minty vibe — but this version is loaded with real ingredients your body will love.

With over 35g of protein, gut-friendly probiotics, and Regenerative Organic Certified® nutrients, this shake is a powerful blend of nostalgia and nourishment.

What Makes It Green?

Forget artificial dyes. We use fresh mint and a handful of spinach to get that beautiful green hue — no food coloring required. You won’t taste the greens, but your body will love the antioxidant boost.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Peppermint Milkshake A2 Protein

  • ¾ cup organic A2 milk

  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup fresh spinach

  • 5–6 fresh mint leaves

  • ½ frozen banana (optional, for extra creaminess)

  • Handful of ice

Optional toppings:

  • Whipped cream

  • Crushed cacao nibs or mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream if you’re feeling fancy. 😉

Why we love it:

  • ~36g protein per serving

  • No added sugar

  • Naturally green — no dyes

  • Packed with probiotics + real-food nutrients

This shake is a perfect post-workout treat, afternoon pick-me-up, or anytime your sweet tooth hits but you still want to feel good after.
