Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- 2.5 tbsp almond flour
- 1.5 tbsp Unflavored A2 Protein
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Tiny pinch of salt
Method:
- In a medium bowl, melt the butter in a microwave (about 30 seconds).
- Add the egg, almond flour, protein powder, baking powder and salt. Whisk until completely smooth.
- Grease two ramekins. Divide the batter.
- Microwave one at a time for 50 seconds. (You don’t want them underdone, but don’t overdo).
- Let cool, then use a knife to loosen from the edges of the ramekin and invert onto a cutting board.
- Slice in half. Toast lightly. Top with butter, nut butter, jam, honey, eggs, avocado or whatever you desire.
